About the event
The PIL EQ Evaluation Seminar brought together participants from across Europe to reflect on the full JMI “Play it Loud!” EQ Work Plan and shape its final outcomes. Hosted in Brussels from 10–15 December 2025, the seminar gathered around 18 participants from 8–9 countries in a collaborative, youth-led environment.
The event focused on three key objectives: evaluating previous activities and collecting concrete recommendations to strengthen Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (IDEA) in future youth and music projects; co-creating the final project outputs, including practical tools and guidelines for organisations and practitioners; and empowering young people to actively lead the evaluation process and contribute to designing the next steps within the PIL/IDEA framework.
Through reflection, teamwork, and shared learning, the seminar marked an important step in advancing more inclusive and equitable practices across the European youth music sector.
