About the event
The EQ: Cultural Management Training for Youth served as a focal point for young cultural managers to come together, exchange ideas, and strengthen their skills in designing and delivering inclusive music projects.
The event took place in Debrecen, Hungary, and was organised by JMI in collaboration with JM Hungary, bringing together participants from across the JMI network and beyond.
The training aimed to empower participants through sessions on cultural management, inclusion and accessibility, leadership, marketing, grant writing, AI integration, and monitoring and evaluation. Participants had the opportunity to reflect on these topics, share experiences, and connect with peers and professionals, gaining knowledge and inspiration to support their work in the youth and music sectors.
